Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled until they are accepted for preparation.
- Once preparation starts, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds
- Eligible when items are unavailable, incorrectly delivered, or materially defective.
- Submit requests within 24 hours of delivery with order number and photos (if applicable).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non‑Refundable
- Customized or perishable items where quality was acceptable on delivery.
- Delay caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, safety).
